* Processing of Visit Visas documents for Employees & Business Representatives.
* Arrange necessary documents related to new hiring overseas candidates.
* Manage Employee Information data on Oracle HRMS system.
* Maintain & organize Employee Personal file system.
* Implement work procedure & processes in accordance with ISO procedure standards.
* Perform short - screening of resumes and take preliminary interviews of candidates applying for jobs.
* Coordinate in processing of issuance / renewal of documents like Iqama, Exit Re Entry, Passports and work permit.
Record, update and maintain accurate data about employees attendance & leaves .
