• Managing all site working activities safety related in the construction with installation of 99 wind turbine 400MW and assess contractor's HSSE.
• Develop and implement Safety Training Program from the best training provider in the world for Vestas employees.

• Participate in organizing Job Risk Assessments JRAs and risk assessments for critical jobs with contractors ensuring implementation of identified hazard and control measures are effective.
• Audits on Company’s Safety Performance recommends corrective actions and measures for continual improvement.
• Collaborate with Project Site Managers for the implementation of the site’s Loss Prevention.
• Keeps abreast with new developments in the field of Safety and Loss Prevention.
• Prepares and submits consolidated safety reports to management.
• Focus on the early identification of potential problems and propose appropriate solutions to site management.
• Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents to determine their underlying causes.
• Ensure that contractor's construction equipment, personnel and other resources are HSE compliant.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly HSSE reports on site surveys and inspections.
• Ensure all relevant safety documentations and permits are available and up to date.
• Coordinate the performance of Toolbox meetings as appropriate.
