Gained comprehensive knowledge of multiple refinery process units, including:
Hydrocracker Unit - high-pressure conversion of heavy feed to light products.
Fractionator Unit - separation of hydrocarbon products based on boiling range.
ADIP Gas Treatment Unit - acid gas removal (H₂S and CO₂) using MDEA solvent.
Sulfur Recovery Unit (including Incinerator) - conversion of H₂S to elemental sulfur via Claus
process and incineration of tail gas.
Flare System - safe handling and disposal of excess hydrocarbons and process vent gases.
