Leading the integration and delivery of the acquisition facilities (more than SR 200M value) - Main Job Accountabilities:
•Ensure all aspects of the project are fully defined against customer requirements; and accordance with all relevant policies, procedures and commercial best practice of the business.
•Develop and maintain all necessary project plans, budgets and schedules consistent with programme needs.
•Manage the customer and other key stakeholder’s expectations and report monthly updates.
•Identify/manage project risk and opportunities and establish R&O management plan and risk register.
•Manage the requirement/design changes by change control processes and change management policies.
•Manage the integration between customer, contractors, clients, sponsor and other teams to ensure appropriate design, solution and products are delivered and accepted.
•Manage relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
•Manage the project teams through ensuring having sufficient staff with appropriate qualifications, skill and experience; providing appropriate training and development.
•Liaise with the relevant functions to ensure safe and healthy work environment.
•Hold delegated governance from the PM authority to ensure compliance with Functional Governance.
•Conduct Life Cycle Management (LCM) methodology on the project in compliance Operational Framework. This includes the conduct of phase, design and contract reviews.
•Conduct post-project appraisals to capture and disseminate ‘lessons learnt’.
Mainly manage the Risk & Opportunities and also manage Refurbishment, O&M and paymaster projects of values (£10M - £200M)- Main Job Accountabilities:
•Develop and maintain the project plans including PMP, EMP Risk Register, Schedule, WBS, and OBS.
•Develop PM tools and procedures to support improvements to PM capability.
•Support developing resource plans to ensure that staff of the required capability can be secured to meet project needs.
•Manage the bid/implementation activities of small refurbishments projects.
•Establish and integrate various targets to ensure the project elements delivered to customer requirements.
•Apply scheduling techniques to ensure projects meet key dates and objectives.
•Lead R&O meeting reviews, make assurance all projects are adhered to R&O governance.
•Understand and strive to exceed the expectations of internal/external stakeholders.
•Ensure Two-way communication as appropriate and listening to the stakeholder’s expectations.
•Maintain projects configuration control management documentations.
•Adopt a flexible and creative approach to problem solving, applying this to achieve practical solutions in the course of duties
Supporting the PM team - Main Job Accountabilities:
•Support the Business & Solution Modeling activities.
•Prepare & coordinate the project meetings, briefings and communications.
•Maintaining the project Gift & Hospitality Register and sure alignment with the company regulations.
•Develop & coordinate response to the customer letters and reports for wider business & customer reviews.
•Act as recipient of confidential project information required to support the business.
•Support to the scheduling and conduct of project Engineering and Management reviews.
•Build and maintain awareness of and adhere to all relevant project management policies, procedures and processes.
•Understand and support the working level relationship with the customer, suppliers and partners.
•Contribute, under guidance, to the development of project requirements to meet customer needs.
•Support the development and production of project plans.
•Identify and expedite, under direction, actions to respond to minor issues and deviations from project plans.
•Maintain project documentation in line with project need and all relevant procedures.
•Ensure that the full administrative support is in place to enable the project team to function effectively.
Two years rotation within the business exploring deferent line of business - Main Job Accountabilities:
•Produce and maintain Project Management Plans including PMP, WBS, schedule and OBS
•Reporting project performance progress using PRS and providing reports for various reviews
•Maintaining project’s stakeholders expectations
•Preparing LCM deliverables and coordinate and participate in all design and Phase reviews
•Establishing Lessons Learnt Reports
•Managing the PMO activities
•Establishing the schedule risk analysis
•Identifying and managing R&O associated with the project and coordinate the R&O reviews
•Maintaining project budget.
Main Job Accountabilities:
•Interview, assess prospective applicants and match them with vacancies at client companies.
•Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
•Brief and negotiate the candidate responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job and finalize arrangements between client and candidates.
•Make arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
•Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
