• MANAGE AND RUN THE KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST TEAM DAY-TO-DAY TARGET OBJECTIVE
• RUN AND REVIEW DAY-TO-DAY REPORTS ENSURE THE TRACKING OF SALES.
• MAINTAIN AND MANAGE STOCK LEVELS WORKING CLOSELY WITH CUSTOMER.
• RESPONSIBLE ON TRAINING, DEVELOPING, ASSIGNING, SCHEDULING, COACHING, COUNSELING, AND DISCIPLINING THE TEAM.
• ACHIEVES KEY ACCOUNT CHANNEL OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES BY CONTRIBUTING MARKET INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO STRATEGIC PLANS AND REVIEWS; PREPARING AND COMPLETING ACTION PLANS.
