MY GRADUATE PROJECT Project work is an attempt to design a plant for synthesis of 1000 kg/h of syngas from biomass using fluidized bed gasifier/ plug flow reactor(PFR). Design of gasifier/PFR has been carried out in the present work. Also, drier, heat exchanger and cyclone separator have been designed. Simulation of the process of syngas production is being carried out by using ASPEN-HYSYS software. Plant layout, cost estimation and HSE (health, safety and environment) have also been covered in this project work.
