Role description: As Portfolio Manager, I am responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of our project portfolio. I guide
projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring they meet their objectives and align seamlessly with the companys
strategic goals. This role demands a deep understanding of both project management and business management, allowing me to
effectively integrate these disciplines.

Responsibilities:
• Strategy support: ensuring that projects well-briefed and remain aligned with strategy
• Prioritization: assist in identifying, analyzing, selecting, and prioritizing new programs and projects
• Portfolio reporting: maintain a single comprehensive picture of whole portfolio, provide the single version of the truth, focused
on facilitating decision making
• Capacity planning: monitor the resource requirements of the portfolio and forecast needs, actively monitor the development of
staff in the delivery team.
• Resource management: assign resources based on skills, competencies, & availability.
• Contract management: Facilitate the management of contracts with external vendors (consultants, contractors, ), interface with
the procurement department.
• Knowledge management: Mentor the project team members, provide them the needed support and knowledge.
• Projects initiation/closure: providing projects/programs set up

• Ensure successful implementation of PMOs strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.
• Define and outline the scope of work and deliverables for projects.
• Provide expertise in Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, and Resource forecasting.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory prerequisites for project execution.
• Foster team cohesion and motivation to ensure the production of high-quality work.
• Issue timely progress updates on timelines and quality.
• Monitor and assist in project reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Plan and track financial reporting, ensuring adherence to agreed budgets.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and maintain an accurate dependency log.
• Coordinate project closure to distill best practices and log lessons learned.
• Oversee Financial Management and drive Change Management initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration among PMO, external stakeholders, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, providing weekly updates on areas of concern.
• Record and maintain a comprehensive project issue log.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures.
• Define and embed project control and governance measures for successful outcomes.

• Manage on-site execution of the project, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Generate comprehensive reports and follow up with the PMO and other departments regarding project plans and progress.
• Issue timely progress updates on timelines and quality as needed.
• Ensure the successful implementation of the PMOs strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.

• Schedule product releases and align all processes to meet release deadlines.
• Assist in earned value management, providing accurate forecasts of project performance.
• Manage all project aspects from initiation to completion, including development, planning, and strategy implementations.
• Manage business risks throughout project development, offering insights on worthwhile risks and advising against others.
• Aid businesses in producing higher quality products while minimizing manufacturing costs.
• Review and approve plans, progress, and on-site work.
• Generate and submit reports to the Ministry of Housing representative on Off-Plan Sales.

MUBARRAZ HOUSING VILLAS.
• Spearheading project engineering responsibilities within a housing project, specializing in the utilization of the Aerated
Concrete System.

PROJECT: THE KING BIN ABDULAZIZS PROJECT (KAP2D) AL-AHSA.
• Managing key responsibilities as a project engineer within a design and build contract. Oversight includes the development of
residential and training facilities, a medical center, educational structures, and various ancillary buildings for the security
forces under the Ministry of Interior.

PROJECT: JUBAIL UNIVERSITY COLLEGE NEW BUILDING.

Client: The Royal Commission for Jubail (RCJ).
• Fulfilling the role of a Site Engineer, actively overseeing and monitoring day-to-day construction activities on-site.
