• Review and recommend to maintenance manager on test and measurement equipment requirements of the workshop.
• Preparing offers and quotations for maintenance manager.
• Monitor and provide requirements of all the maintenance workshop procedures.
• Arrange with Office Administrator to have equipment shipped for calibration and coordinate with Office Administrator on timescale for same.
• Ensure compliance by all technicians in workshop with ESD regulations.
• Conduct regular safety and security drills in the workshop.
• Downloading and testing latest software from Nokia Online Web Site and updating all technicians PCs and the server.
• Update indexes for bulletins and service software to the server.
• Keep knowledge of general configuration of mobile technologies. GSM/WCDMA/PLMN
• Troubleshooting IMEI problems encountered by technicians.
• Provide technical Arabic-English translations.

• Responsible for upgrading, revising and testing NOKIA Software with repair bulletins of all technician, workshops and customers.
• GSM/WCDMA RF knowledge and repairs skillfulness.
• Internal communication with technicians to check and solve latest issues with customers.
• Analyze, estimate and repair all level 1, 2 and 3 NOKIA mobiles problems.
• Employ BGA (Ball Grid Array) repairs of variant ICs and Micro chips.
• Carry out final test in all repaired products "Go-No-Go test installation and test".
• Skill with universal radio communication tester, signal oscilloscope, GSM MS tester, spectrum analyzer and Soldering Machines operations.

• Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the Quick Service workshops and customers and generating reports for workshops.
• Supervise all level 1 and 2 technicians and conduct their appraisals.
• Provide induction training for new technicians.
• Resolve all quick service related problems with customers.
• Conduct regular visit to all Level 1 and 2 workshops.
• Internal communication with Quick Service technicians.
