s Commercial par: Oversees policy-level business operations for the Terminal. Working on winning new client contracts to developing marketing and growth strategies and campaigns. Also build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients in order to keep business growth opportunities in the pipeline.
Facility: Oversees Terminal and grounds maintenance. Operates and maintains custodial functions. Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to the Airport policy and procedures.
As a mall manager I am responsible for both the behind-the-scenes and customer-facing operations of The Mall. A typical day may include negotiating a lease with a retailer, handling maintenance requests, or contracting security agencies. Additionally, as a mall manager I'm the “face” of the mall, handling customer complaints and public relations.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Manage overall shopping mall function incl. areas of property management, mall facilities and services, tenant management, leasing support, marketing & promotions.
- Manage mall team to oversee daily operations, all contract staff works incl. maintenance, security & cleaning, mall administration and customer service.
- Ensure mall operating policies and procedures are duly followed by the tenants, service providers, contractors, etc. incl. Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Manage tenant relations through periodic town hall meetings. Receive complaints, suggestions and other improvement ideas to be updated with senior management for approval and plan for subsequent implementation.
- Engage with customers through customer survey/focus group projects to identify ongoing needs in terms of products and services.
- Perform annual review of retailer performance. In consultation with head office mall management and country management, recommend appropriate tenant mix/use for annual planning and implementation.
- Handle conflicts/dispute situation amongst tenants, customers, mall visitors in a smooth manner avoiding disruption to mall activity and upholding company reputation
- Ensure professional development for mall team delivering high performance.
- Ensure overall safety and pleasant shopping environment for customers and thriving business ambiance for retail tenants.
• Create the Commercial tenant mix in the airport.
• Lead the concessions and commercial tenders process in Kuwait international airport-Terminal 4.
• Taking care of the operation of the tenant in the terminal.
• Closing deals with the clients and do all the contract process.
• Follow up with the preferred bidders before and after signing the contracts.
Supervise the construction and design process.
• Create the marketing strategy of the Terminal.
• Stay knowledgeable of the project and deal with other departments.
• Leasing shops and real estate of all Altijaria Project.
• Account manager of the F&B sector in Altijaria Project.
• Study the brands and the markets to get the best tenant mix and close the deals.
• Tenant Relations and communication.
• Marketing, events and social media representor for all al tijariya group.
Negotiate leases for properties in the mall, including new leases, leases renewals and amendments according with the established procedures and tenant requirements, also identify and participate in attracting potential tenants and advice on new strategies on tenants mix improvements. attend leasing meetings to present leasing concepts and proposals for approval and contribute to discussions on matters such as tenant mix, brand performance, rental etc...
