Activities:
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables, which was mainly on mechanical equipment field (Compressors, Pumps, and other Rotating Packages)
• Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
• Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients.
• Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
• Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
• Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.

o Utility Packages ( IA Compressors, N2 Generation, Fire Water Pumps )
o Oily & Effluent Water Treatment Packages (OWT/EWT)
o Process Pumps (Centrifuge Pumps, Progressive Cavity Pumps, Applying API/ISO Codes).
• Piping/Pipeline Items:
o Slug Catcher ASME B31.8 design code pipeline Items/ DNV items.
o GRP Piping, Fittings and Flanges.
o Piping Special Items.
o Insulation: Cellular Glass Insulation type.
Vendors (ATLASCOPCO, AIRPACK, GENERON, FLUID SERVICES, FLOWSERVE, ITT, Ebara, Sulzer, Ondeo, Veolia, …etc)
• Other Management Roles
o Risk Management and Risk Assessments for the project
o Change Management, including Scope change with respect to CONTRACT Price.
• CAD design: Preparing a theory or a concept and then with 2D or (Blue prints) drawings to end up with 3D models using PRO/Engineer Software.
• Part Simulation: using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) using NASTRAN software (Graph simulators imported to MATLAB)
• NC Codes Generations: Using PRO/Engineer 4.0 Manufacturing or VISUALMILL software's to generate NC codes for machining with high tolerances.
• Parts machining: using HAAS Mill & Lathe machines, jigs used to complete feature setup and machining

• Static Equipments: Vessels / Exchangers / Columns / Fan Coolers / Condensers
• Rotating Equipments: Pumps / Motors / Compressors / Turbines
Activities:
STATIC EQUIPMENT:
• In charge of installation various types of statics in addition to rigging studies, lifting procedures, alignment and final inspections.
• In charge of Process components such as trays, structured and random packing rings, internals for separation columns and reaction technologies for various types of Columns, Vessels for multiple vendors such as (SULZER, KOCH-GLITSCH, UOP … etc)
ROTATING EQUIPMENT:
• Installation, inspections, and final start up activities (final alignment and accessories setup), where final acceptance will be during vendor presence such as (General Electric “Nuovo Pignone”, ABB, SIEMENS, Mitsubishi, Ebara…. and others)
Commissioning & Start-up:
• STATICS: Chemical loading for the static equipments such as (Catalysts for molecular Sieves, Activated Carbon Filters, Reactors & Separator ….), followed by the start-up activates and maintenance during shutdowns
• ROTATING: preservations, over all maintenances, loads variation run tests and final performance check
