Working in Facilities management & Logistic department
overseeing teams installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining
building & ATMs systems, including mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, HVAC, safety, civil and waste management.
• Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for
the client.
• Communicating with clients to identify and define project
requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assigning tasks to maintenance teams, controlling schedules &
costs, and tracking work orders to ensures work follows established
service and quality standards for completion.
• Schedules and supervises corrective & preventive maintenance.
• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they
need to complete their assigned tasks.
• Executing project management administrative and bookkeeping
tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and monthly
revenue reports, among other financial documents.
• Ensuring safe and effective working environment that complies with
regulations and laws.
• Negotiating with vendors & hiring contractors for major projects.
