• comprehensive and thorough SPDP review, within established guidelines to ensure availability of all data elements and documentation required to correctly identify, catalog and eventually purchase the equipment and associated components and spare parts in timely manner (includes Drawings, Bill Of Materials (BOMs), Priced Spare Parts List (PSPL: OEM & OCM) and ISS data sheets).
• Identify discrepancies within the spare parts data package.
• Communicate with stakeholders to acquire missing information.
• Obtain information from Aramco’s SAP system.
• Catalogue equipment in SAP system.
• Deep knowledge of relevant international codes i.e., API, IEC, ISA, NFPA, PIP, ASME, ANSI standards and Industrial practices and regulations
• Ensure materials ordered conform to the specifications and to the required quality. Working across a Matrix Organization.
• Prepare and maintain all materials file in proper manner or as per Aramco’s policies and procedures
• Handling instrumentations design, technical evaluation, review of vendor documents, loop check and commissioning.
• Working on the Process Control Systems design including engineering, factory testing, site testing and performance testing.
• Perform coordination, execution, site visits and progress evaluation against project schedule.
• Meetings with consultants, contractors, designer and operation while providing consultancy and advises to resolve technical issues during project executions.
• Follow up the site I&C activities to ensure conformity with technical and contractual specifications and technical documentation.
• Installation of all Instrument & Electrical related items like Field Instruments, Cathodic Protection, Transformers, Valve, Panels, Opti Fiber, Cables and other field works.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (Aramco, SEC, STC, Mobily and NWC) to Collect the requirements & Prepare Scope of Work.
• Construction Site Monitoring and Inspections.
• Supervising contracted staff.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including
attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of
any subcontractors.

- Well background in using LabVIEW, Matlab Multisim and S7 Siemens engineering software tools. - Comprehensive knowledge about signal conditioning, DAC system and several serial communications. - Well background in electrical circuits fundamentals and natural principals.
