• Review and identify discrepancies in POs, equipment lists, PSPLs,
BOMs, drawings, technical data sheets, wiring diagrams, test
certificates, and catalog cuts.
• Ensure that all work is accurate, complete, and aligned with industry
standards, Aramco guidelines, and company policies, processes, and
procedures, and that it is acceptable for cataloging as per SAEP-31.
• Coordinate with Aramco, PMTs, vendors, manufacturers, EPC
contractors, and LSTK contractors to gather missing information.
Schedule and conduct meetings as needed to obtain required data,
resolve issues, and maintain effective relationships with all
stakeholders.
• Review, analyze, and approve purchase requests (PR) capital items
that come from the end-user.
• Handle critical equipment packages, including skid packages with
integrated electrical and instrumentation components. Conduct
detailed reviews of key systems such as DCS, ESD, DDC panels, FACP,
PSA, RTU, and HVAC.
• Maintain Material Data Integrity, Data consistency and Accuracy.
• MRO Inventory Cataloguing, Standardization and Data Enrichment
• Identifying and reacting to material plans that do not meet customer
requirements.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), able to identify materials
required for BOMs for specific equipment types.
• Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for equipment
spare parts and evaluate vendor responses.
• Create/Codify New Spares parts/Items of various Material types &
MRP along with their inventory levels.
• Participate in Technical discussion, coordination with other colleagues
& engineers, QA/QC Manager, Inventory and other relevant teams.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing weekly and monthly project
reports as required.

• Advanced knowledge in Instrumentation and Control Systems, including
PLC, DCS, ESD, PCS, SCADA, and DDC, with experience in Control Valves
and field instruments, as well as reviewing technical specifications,
drawings, and Instrument Specification Sheets (ISS).
• Review and identify discrepancies in purchase orders, material
discerptions, PSPLs, equipment lists, BOMs, technical specifications,
wiring diagrams, drawings, P&ID, test certificates, and catalogue cuts.
• Ensure Instrumentation Materials are accurate, complete, and aligned
with industry standards, Aramco guidelines, and company policies,
processes, and procedures, and that it is acceptable as per SAEP-31.
• Coordinate with Aramco M&SSD, Aramco PMT, EPC, LSTK contractors,
suppliers, and vendors to collect missing documentation and resolve
technical gaps and standardize material descriptions.
• Maintain Material Data Integrity, Data consistency and Accuracy.
• MRO Inventory Cataloguing, Standardization and Data Enrichment
• Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies, project
requirements, and legal standards.
• Liaise with Aramco PMT and end users, inspect materials, equipment,
and spare parts at site in order to ascertain the correct usage of items
and an accurate description for the purposes of ordering.
• Understanding of Technical Data required to Catalogue Materials for a
range of Materials Types based on Class, including assigning group codes
and logic codes (UNSPSC), and Attributes within Discipline area.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs), able to identify materials
required for BOMs for specific equipment types.
• Create and maintain material master data through ERP (SAP).
• Create and Link the Equipment & Bill of Materials (BOM) to Clients plant
through SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) System.
• Ensure that all materials have a correct technical description so that
buyers can identify the item accurately and procure it without delay.

• Handling instrumentations design, technical evaluation, review
of vendor documents, loop check and commissioning.
• Working on the Process Control Systems design including
engineering, factory testing, site testing and performance
testing.
• Perform coordination, execution, site visits and progress
evaluation against project schedule.
• Meetings with consultants, contractors, designer and operation
while providing consultancy and advises to resolve technical
issues during project executions.

• Handling instrumentations design, technical evaluation, review
of vendor documents, loop check and commissioning.
• Working on the Process Control Systems design including
engineering, site testing and performance testing.

Panels, Opti Fiber, Cables and other field works.
• Follow up the site I&C activities to ensure conformity with
technical, contractual specification and technical
documentation.
• Construction Site Monitoring and Inspections.

• Coordinate with all stakeholders (Aramco, SEC, STC, Mobily and
NWC) to Collect the requirements & Prepare Scope of Work.
• Installation of all necessary Instrument & Electrical related items
like Field Instruments, Cathodic Protection, Transformers, Valve,
Panels, Opti Fiber, Cables and other field works.
• Follow up the site I&C activities to ensure conformity with
technical, contractual specification and technical
documentation.
• Construction Site Monitoring and Inspections.

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned
engineering projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team
members.
• Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing,
construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals
are met.
• Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise
during the project.

• Executed preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high
availability, safety, and reliability of field instrumentation during
plant operation, including pressure, level, flow, and temperature
transmitters and switches.
• Installed, calibrated, overhauled, troubleshot, and tested a wide
range of industrial instrumentation and control systems,
including control valves, radar level instruments, transmitters,
PLC and DCS systems, pH analyzers, PT100 sensors, supporting
accurate monitoring and control of process variables (level, flow,
pressure, and temperature).

• Contributed to shutdown and turnaround (T/A) activities,
performing inspection, calibration, functional testing, and
commissioning support to minimize downtime and ensure
operational excellence.
• Executing preventative maintenance inspections on all field
instruments.
