• Market available training opportunities to participants and provide necessary information
• Design and prepare educational aids and materials
• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (Public or in-house)
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Inform customers about training that could suit them, and help them satisfy their training demands.

• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
• Creating design solutions for Customers
• Meeting clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
• Working with a wide range of media
• Working on layouts and art-working pages ready for print

• Assist the clients in the process of product selection
• Taking the clients' orders and to sell the available products
• Helping other staff with the arrangement of the showroom, sometimes from ground to top, in order to insure a clean working and shopping place
