• Oversee the technical aspects of engineering projects from initiation to completion, serving as a
link between the technical team and project objectives. Managing planning, scheduling, and execution
to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety
standards.

• Process area owner for a production line: electrical and mechanical equipment, planning
production schedules, implementing 5S and KPI achievements.
• Lead production line and supervise operators to ensure smooth workflow and target
achievement.
• Monitor daily production activities and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical devices and equipment to eliminate root causes and provide solutions.
• Understand PLC logic for automated processes and machines.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards, and customer expectations.
• Implement corrective actions via non-conformance reports.

• Identify and report EHS events in EHS tracker.
• Support employee training in new methods and techniques.
• Supervise warehouse and shipping activities.
• Ensure availability of materials for production continuity.
• Certified trainer: 10-ton overhead crane and 5-ton forklift (Lloyds British International).
• Perform quality checks to meet standards and customer expectations.
• Fill in Shift Manager: implement process improvements, prepare production reports, supervise
and evaluate production personnel.

• Execute testing and commissioning of 13.8KV to 380KV substations.
• Test and configure protection relays to ensure correct functionality.
• Ensure safe installations of wiring, circuit breakers, and transformers to meet design
requirements.
