Key Responsibilities:
• Steering HR practices/objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards as well as goal attainment
• Attracting, retaining and motivating staff, managing the recruitment process and ensuring candidates fit the role and company culture
• Implementing established standards for recruiting and placement practices Overseeing recruitment programs to ensure induction of appropriate personnel in a cost effective manner
• Ensuring optimum utilization of available human resources through efficient manpower planning, forecasting staffing level requirements after reviewing workloads in liaison with other departments
• Performing job evaluation/analysis to review organizational structure and advocating revision in company's structure, layout and HR policies to the senior management
• Overseeing medical checkup and insurance operations as well as online updating of GOSI accounts of Saudi employees
• Arranging for visa processing, liaising with immigration/labour department authorities for visa documentation/submission including all required expatriates documents (residence/exit permits, licenses, visa extensions, etc)
• Setting clear team expectations by effectively communicating key initiatives, success measures and strategic vision with regular performance feedback
