Manage full-cycle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable
(AR), including processing supplier invoices, reconciling
statements, and monitoring customercollections.
Prepare and post accurate journal entries to the general ledger to
ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in
compliancewith accounting standards.
Maintain the fixed asset register, including calculating and
booking monthlydepreciation and amortization expenses.
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, preparing
required schedules and providing detailed documentation to
support the annual audit.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Process fixed asset invoices and

keep the register updated.

• Prepare the bank reconciliation on

weekly basis.

• Conduct physical count for spare parts stock, vehicles under service and business vehicles and follow up any discrepancies.

• Verify employees commissions and overtime and upload them to payroll

module.
