I work as a contractor.
• Handle all technical changes to the production applications (projects and change requests).
• Handover and transfer knowledge of new applications/services to the Operations team.
• Develop design documents based on agreed upon requirements.
• Review, analyze and approve the design and development of vendor modules and applications.
• Act as a testing resource during applicable phases of the project lifecycle (unit and integration testing).
• Investigate and efficiently resolve basic trouble tickets and customer complaints.
• Perform service definition setups (pricing, tariffs) as necessary, Where setups are performed by the functional areas, validate compliance to the established policies and procedures.
• Perform 2nd Level front-end application support and perform maintenance and administration of in-house developed applications.
• Inform Zain users of changes to applications.
• Learn, understand, and ensure adherence to ITD Delivery Framework, IT QA, particularly for documentation and testing standards.
• To perform all the above mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, and to report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately.
