Create, communicate, and implement training strategies within each department.
• Consulting with the business to determine strategic goals for training programs and provide direction and development of lasting leadership development programs.
• Design a suite of programs that create a clear growth pathway from first line manager through executive level
• Champion a shift from default ‘courses to resources’, enriching the learning and development offer to provide an increasing amount of learning support at the point of need.
• Collaborate with the Director of L&D concerning budget preparation and implementation
• Report progress on delivery plan objectives a timely basis to the Director of L&D, and the business as necessary.
Evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Handle and manage the company leadership development programs for junior and middle management level.
• Manage vendors to optimize usage of learning products and services.
• Ensure all training and development activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Oversee content in learning platform to optimize learner experience and engagement.
Handle the training cycle, starting from the TNA, sourcing and negotiating training vendors, customizing courses, managing training operations and evaluations
• Ensure employees receive statutory required training
• Handle the regulatory e-courses (such as AML, cyber security, etc..) and reporting training data to the industry regulators.
• Administrate Council’s on-line Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring systematic capture of corporate training records and data
Having a good experience in below:
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Recruiting Mass & Medical Staff.
- Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

- Employees Identification letters, Loans, etc.
- Medical insurance for existing employees & their dependents.
- Employees leaves.
- Employees Off-Boarding.
- Using Mena HR system.
- Employees files archive.
Responsible for below:
- Sourcing CVs.
- Screening candidates.
- Using PeopleSoft System.
- Handling the medical insurance for the employees & their dependents.
- Handling some government relations tasks such as the visit visas & invitation letters.
- In charge of On-boarding of new staff/orientation, deployment, etc.
- Travel Coordinating, In charge of arranging flight tickets & hotel bookings.

- Using SAP System.
- Using Oracle System.
- Handling all personnel tasks such as issuing ID cards, identification letters, warning letters, loans, leaves, final settlements, etc.
- Handling the Medical Insurance for new hires, existing employees & their dependents.
- Assisting with some recruitment process such as issuing job offers & arranging recruitment application forms.
