Oversee Safety Training
- Work with management, supervisors, and employees to create plans and policies to protect employer property and keep employees safe.
- Coordinate Project Requirements for Safety, Health, and Environment.
- Plan, develop, and implement safety training or orientation for new and existing employees.
- Conduct safety inspections in projects or Sites.
- Ensure that safety-related training records, accident reports, and other documents are completed and stored properly.
- Communicate directly with ACGC’s Site Safety Officers on SHE matters where circumstances dictate.
- Ensure adherence to all SHE rules, regulations, and procedures and stop an operation in case of a dangerous circumstance until remedial measures have been carried out.
