Worked as senior human resources specialist from 2017 to
Dec 2019 then upgrade to Human resources manager.
Develop and implement policies related to the optimal
utilization of workers within the organization. Use several
different interrelated policies such as attraction, appointment,
organization, training, performance development, career path
planning, wages, etc. Also responsible for raising the efficiency
of workers to achieve high productivity and quality assurance.
Overseeing the recruitment process, designing company
policies, and setting objectives for the HR team. Helped to
shape employer brand strategy.
It was the previous name, Arabian Centers. Worked in the fast
track program as an assisting the human resources
department with recruiting, and promoting a company culture
that encourages morale and performance. Shared important
policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and
implementation of operational policies and procedures.

English Language and Literature: This major focuses on literary works, literary theories, and literary criticism. English Linguistics: In linguistics, I studied human languages, and everything related to them in terms of characteristics, structures, methods, and history. This study focuses on the linguistic stock of man, which is called Linguistic Competence. Rhetoric and discourse: I also studied rhetoric, the art of rhetoric, diction, and the ability to communicate the meaning to the listener by immersing themselves in reading, using the dictionary in the correct way, understanding the different dialects of the English language, and mastering all grammar rules.
