I start with company hadeed as furnace operator around three year after that our management decide to put me in other area as roughing roller around five year also again our management decide to put me in other area as intermediate roller around three year after that also I work inside control room as operator main pulpit around some month after finish all area our management again decide to put me in finishing as roller (operator )and this area very important and critical because in this it is finally product for our company after that our production direct exit to the customer I work around three year in this area, after that our management give me promotion as foreman in the plant around three year after that our management put me as shift supervisor and I complete more than seven year in this position and until now I complete 25 year experience
