• Responsibilities included coordinating Site Activities as per the project Schedule and meeting planned milestones.
• Attending site progress review meetings with client & Subcontract Representatives.
• Monitoring the progress of the project and resolving the hindrance which is causing delay in the progress of the project.
• Responsible in the contractor’s system for tracking construction deficiencies to ensure
• corrective action is taken in a timely manner.
• Calculation of all the quantity of materials required & raising purchase request.
• Check all designs/plans/revisions & corresponding cost estimates then recommend
• approval of the Project Manager prior to implementation.
• Provide real time information to the project manager, develop system/s to establish
• good data base for purposes of & as basis of evaluation, recommendation & decision
• making.
• Coordinate daily with Contractors, Surveyors &other groups involved in the projects.
• Prepare daily accomplishment report and submit to the Project Manager
