General Ledger Accountant at Tawuniya Headquarter


. Work on Oracle and Docova.
. Member in fixed assets (disposal committee) at Tawuniya.
. Registering fixed assets based on Tawuniya rules to run depreciation for closing period (monthly).
. Matching depreciation on GL level (Trial balance) and FA book to ensure that they are equal.
. Monitoring fixed assets by transferring assets location (assets control).
. Trained on Hyperion Financial Managment (Consolidation, FDMEE and Smartview Ad-hoc analysis).
. Preform UAT testing on oracle if needed and work with IT.
. Train new employees joining GL team.
. Create new PR on oracle for new orders.
. Review FS (quarterly and annually) before it published on Tadawul.

• Prepare and record accounting transaction according to IAS.
• Maintain general ledger (journal entries) for trial balance and reconcile entries.
• Prepare and record all taxes related activities such as VAT to comply with GAZT regulation.
• Record all revenue transaction and analyze customers account and collocation (A/R).
• Audit expense invoices and trace suspicious invoices before it recorded.
• Report to senior accountant if suspicious and fictitious activities has found or high cost invoices (which consider material items to organization) been deducted.
• Reconciliation of bank and commissions.
• Work on accrual basis for different aspects.
