▪ Reviewing and understanding project contracts, tender documents, and all relevant project documents to identify customer requirements to complete the work order and acknowledge the PO.

▪ Act as the communication channel with the customer during the project execution starting from customer kick-off meeting till project closing.

▪ Communicate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate, plan, and continuously update on the projects.

▪ Coordinating with internal teams such as design, procurement, and production to follow up on projects progress.

▪ Manage and coordinate all stages of the project life cycle.

▪ Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

▪ Proper coordination between the customer and manufacturing team to, successfully complete the
factory acceptance test FAT.

▪ Manage the invoices collection process and actively contribute to facilitate it.

▪ Ensure projects are delivered within health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

▪ Plan, direct, monitor, and control the production processes in the electrical section.

▪ Supervised the production lines of Switchgears, MCCs, Lighting Control Panels, Substation Units, Switchracks, and RMU in compliance with IEC, and ANSI standards.

▪ Monitor all production activities and ensure they are carried out in a timely manner to meet delivery
deadlines.

▪ Coordinate with internal teams such as design and procurement to address project demand
requirements.

▪ Apply lean Six Sigma manufacturing strategies by analyzing production data, recording KPIs, identifying problems, and recommending solutions for process improvement.

▪ Allocate suitable skilled workforce for project execution according to production plans and provide briefings on time limits and targets.

▪ Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.

▪ Coordinate with QC for the inspection activities.

▪ Siemens, Schneider, and Eaton products are mainly focused on our switchgear projects.

Responsibilities:

- Perform all daily inspections and tests on Low Voltage Electrical panels to achieve the quality required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract.

- Experience with electrical testing procedures as per IEC-61439 routine test standards.

- Ensure that all electrical panels are accurate execution work as per the design and shop drawing to make sure they comply with approved specifications and engineering standards.

- Recording all results obtained in the inspections process in the forms specified by ISO procedures.

- Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality test plan procedures on the panel including the technical documents, closure of NonCompliance Report, and site instructions.

- Reports to the QA/QC manager, control, and monitor all activities related to quality such as
(test certificates, calibration of tools and test equipment, inspection test plan, and NCR ).

- Schneider, ABB, and Mitsubishi products are mainly focused on our switchgear projects.

Responsibilities:
- Working, organizing and maintaining electrical equipment in a different field.

- Installation the new uninterruptible power supply(UPS).

- Checking lighting and lighting control system.

- control battery system (CBS).

- Building maintenance.
