• Participating in developing a detailed models and conducting a validation assessment of the design to ensure that it will work Right First Time.
• Schedule Updates, Progress monitoring and Reporting
Generation of Project Progress Reports including Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc
• Monitoring progress throughout all phases and comparing to the baseline
• To review and evaluate the subcontractor’s schedules, reports and monitoring submittals in order to align the subcontracted items as indicated in the contract schedule.
• Controlling projects budgets.
• Managing change requests.
• Managing subcontractors.
• Investigating problems and complaints.
• Managing the delivery of the materials to client side (packing style, documentation .etc).
• Approve invoices and follow up the payments status with clients.
• Ensuring successful hand-over to production.

JOB DESCRIPTION: ( FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK):
 Responsible for daily construction activity of the site, coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultants, subcontractors and all concerned departments etc..
 Responsible for checking the method statements in consultation with Project Manager and same should approved by Consultant for execution of work.
 Supervise the activities of the Site Engineer/ Foreman/ General Foreman and assist them to perform effectively.
 Responsible for executing the work in accordance with:

o Working / shop drawings and specifications
o Target & construction programmer
o Method Statements

 Assist with the technical issue/s of the technical team as instructed and
 Monitoring progress of work against construction programs and submission of required site reports in accordance with project reporting plan.
 Co-ordinate with QA-QC staff to carry out inspections
 As each activity is completed, mark up the ‘For Construction’ drawing with comments relevant.
 Ensure review to the ‘red-line’ drawings by QA/QC Engineer/nominee.
