Preparing various data sources for the system in which it operates as well as arranging and reviewing them in order to ensure their validity and fulfill the various conditions of the system

Review all entries to ensure that they are correct and free from errors.
Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Monitor authorized account reconciliation process
Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly
Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation
Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
