As an officer / student recruitment and admissions my job roll at Khalifa University:

1. Carries out student recruitment activities that covers the institution’s overall recruitment schedule in order to expand the prospective pool of undergraduate and graduate students to meet recruitment targets for undergraduate and graduate students.

2. Maintains databases of prospective students through engagement in activities, exhibitions and visits.

3. Holds and participates in various students recruitment events, activities and exhibitions includes driving the process of engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Maintains electronic student admissions and records system for identification and recruitment purpose includes provision of assistance to applicants in the admission process through tracking / communicating with students. Also evaluates student transcripts as required.

5. Maintains an integrated student database in order to ensure complete accuracy of records and to ensure compliance with the university admission standards as well.

6. Handle visitors, and future student’s inquiries through phone, email, or in person.

1. Balance Scorecard:

Conducting strategic alignment between initiatives, KPIs and priorities.
Participating in cascading the KPIs to sectors.
Coordinate with Project Management Office to follow up on projects progress.

2. Business Process Implementation:

Coordinated with other departments in gathering templates.
Contributed in planning the project with the project Manager.
Worked on a new system called (PMIS) that was developed to contain all the current and the future projects.

3. Executive Management Committee:

Follow up on the actions mentioned in the minutes with the owners.
Participate in preparing draft of the agenda.
Worked on developing a system for future EMC meetings, and was assigned as a project manager.
