We worked with Westinghouse Electric through an integrated program with Penn State. It was based on nuclear reactor core design by loading pattern iteration. I was the team leader as we succeeded to accomplish the optimum core design. There were weakly meetings and other spontaneous meetings whenever the work demanded them. I learned to be sharp on time and how to manage a group. I also expanded my engineering skills such as coding using several codes (ANC CODE BY WESTINGHOUSE, COBRA-IV).
