-Saving reports and saving expenses plan for all various items.
-Cost analysis reports.
-Market study report.
-Cluster Purchasing: within the group and KSA sister Hotels.
-Crisis situation Handling.
-Implementing the procedure and policies and corporate contracts.
-Implementation of HACCP to ALL F&B suppliers. (Hassle Analysis and Critical Care Procedure)
