- Currently I’m working as Finance Manager for (Defaulters Support Program).
- Setup financial policies & procedures for the program with evaluating/enhancing it on continually bases.
- Lead the relationship with Ministry of Housing, Ministry of Finance & Ministry of Justices to ensure smooth data transformation & fulfilling all the requirements for each party.
- Review & approve all the payments related to the program either operational payments or defaulters support amounts.
- Preparer the annual budget, review on monthly bases and analyze the variances (if any).
- Develop & analyze new potential resources to fund the program.
- Participate on new software implementation & integrate it with existing related software’s.
- Review & reconcile all the transactions to ensure the accuracy for both data and processes.
- Prepare a timely financial & operational reports for both internal & external parties.
- Monitor the cash position and manage the relationship with banks.

- Run & supervise the daily operation related to Finance Dept.
- Prepare a timely finance & operational reporting for both partners, internal users & any external user.
- Participate on new software implementation and managing the project from Atos-KSA side.
- Participate on costing study for any new potential upcoming projects.

- Ensure proper maintenance of capital expenses, general expenses and depreciations’ records and approve related accounting entries.
- Review customer loan disbursement checks, and forward to Finance & Planning Director for signature and approval.
- Review & approve all the department’s accounting entries.
- Coordinate with internal / external auditors & respond to their requests.
- Review the department’s reports.
- Verify the payroll & GOSI payments and related accounting entries furnished by HR.
- Ensure the proper reconciliation settlement of suspense & clearing accounts.
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly & annually financial statements
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
- Analyze the Loans Portfolio and match with the operations Dept. figures on delay bases.
- Working on project to convert the company financial statements from SOCPA standers to IFRS standers as per SAMA regulations.

High Lights :
- Responsible of three section which classified under the G.L. Dept. (General Ledger, Fixed Assets & Inventory).
- Controlling, analyzing & Book the company Loans ( almost 15 Billion SAR) and the monthly interest related to it (almost 45 Million SAR / Month) both Actual & Accrual.
- Coordinating with external auditors and issuing the Financial Statements.
- Controlling, analyzing & Book the company Fixed Assets (almost 7 Billion SAR), the monthly depreciation for it and calculate the accrual depreciation for the Capital Work In progress (CIP).
- Controlling, analyzing & Book the company operational Inventory (SIM, Scratch Card & Handsets).
- Reconcile all the Bank accounts with the books.
- Involved in Due diligence related to impairment the Net Book Value for the license (the NBV for the license at that moment was almost 17 Billion SAR).
- Managed a team of 7 employees to cover the operations.

High Lights :
- Reviewing all transaction which done by revenue team.
- Managing the revenue team members.
- Reconcile any issue with any related parties (internally or externally).
- Supervise all the Revenue (which exceed 500 million SAR per month) and Cost of Services (which exceed 250 million SAR per month) and make sure nothing is missing or booked incorrectly both Actual & Accrual.
- Monitoring the Receivables & Payables from the transactions related to Revenue & Cost of Services and ageing it.
- Involved in 2 Due diligences . The first was related to accusation deal between ZAIN KSA & Betelco - Kingdom Holding . The Second was related to Capital restructure.
- Managed a team of 3 employees to cover the operations.

- Control, analyze & Book the wholesales revenues, cost of services & the AP/AR related to it.
- Control, analyze & Book the value added services revenues & cost of services.
- Provide any required reports to the high management related to my area.
