• Work collaboratively with the business, understand the key selection criteria and advise on timelines, talent availability and potential challenge.
• Conduct offer and contract terms negotiation, sign contracts with selected candidates.
• Mange the sourcing channels internally, externally, and internationally to ensure a proper pipeline of potential talent.
• In charge of proofing, interview and selection processes in order to assess the candidates.
• Conduct identification of required new headcount or opportunity for promotions in line with the succession plan, in accordance with the (Manpower plan).
• Identify organization positions based on current/updated organization structure.
• Guide the team in daily responsibilities and monitor the activities as per plans.
Development:
• Identifying training needs, ensuring to implement IDP’s for leadership and critical roles and all staff
• Develop & implement organization structure policy and design with organization charts, unit descriptions, job descriptions, KPIs & objectives
• Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.
• Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners in planning, developing, communicating, and executing the organizational talent development programs related to Career plans & Development, succession planning, employee engagement, and training across all levels.
• Manage all recruitment and selection processes for hiring candidates.
• Organize with stakeholders from all Divisions to collate any job vacancies identified by relevant stakeholders and initiates the recruitment process.
• Review the existing job descriptions to understand the requirements pertaining to skill set desired, qualification, nature of experience, etc. required for the vacant role.
• Develop and maintains relationships with (headhunters and recruitment agencies) in the region to ensure availability of qualified talent for selection.
• Prepare and recommend the HR Department budget by conducting analysis and preparing data related to specific elements.
• Manage complex end to end recruitment process from first contact through to offer signed.
• Manage relationships with the business, understand the key selection criteria and advise on timelines, talent availability.
• In Charge of the deliverables of the sourcing team. (Internal, External, International).
• Liaise with all business leaders to ensure smooth recruitment processes at all points of the recruitment process.
• Drafting reports on (Recruitment process, Retention, Turnover rate)
• Monitoring the achievement of Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators.
• Provide support in implementing Talent Acquisition Section’s policies, processes, procedures.
• Conduct recruitment assessment for hiring purposes.
• Conduct offer and contract terms negotiation, sign contracts with selected candidates and finalize employment paperwork.
• Execute recruitment requests in accordance to the HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the process for the induction of new employees, to ensure the completion of all key on-boarding activities.
