• Preparing performance reports for weekly maintenance works and emergency works which help to provide the
accurate planning activities.
• Developing long-term maintenance strategies that provide comprehensive coverage of the asset's lifecycle,
identifying potential delays, and developing plans to keep operations on schedule.

Preparing and publishing train timetables for customers, considering relevant passenger requests, resource
availability (trains/staff), freight containers, maintenance work, and other urgent work with the purpose affecting
the accuracy of the customers timetable.
• Utilizing specialized software in order to collect the entirety operation service data which assist to resolve
conflicts between operation department and other departments, which ensuring updates remain attended with
real-time operational adjustments.
• Evaluating and approving emergency train movements which will not affect the passenger & freight operation in
the main tracks by performing the risk assessment to ensure the safety during works.
• Planning and approving the weekly maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and emergency
maintenance.
• Authorizing the urgent technical works safely in the main tracks with avoiding the hazards on the passenger,
freight trains and weekly scheduled works.
• Sharing key performance indicators with relevant departments to analyze performance data within the framework
of ensuring the safety of trains and main lines, which helps improve maintenance operations and future strategic
plans.
• Analyzing the KPIs for technical work to track the planned maintenance technical works and the actual technical
works in the field to evaluate maintenance performance to ensure safe efficient operation.

Conduct routine monitoring and maintenance to provide the highest possible availability of all analyzer systems.
• Receive instructions, work orders and safety permits for the troubleshooting, repair, calibration, replacement or
overhaul requirements of equipment
• Complete modifications, changes and data collection of analyzers and sample systems.
• Ensure that all the work carried out according to safe working procedures, safety permits, and regulations.
