- Study all the Contract Documents, BOQ, Drawings, and Specifications.
- Preparation the Technical Quires, Method statements and materials submittals.
- Prepare Construction Plan to meet the Project Schedule.
- Organized the Groups of manpower and Equipment’s to give a good accomplishment.
- Prepare and discuss the weekly report and monthly report with Management.
- Supervise the Construction work and follow up the site work with Site engineers.
- Supervise Mechanical, Civil.., work and all other activities on site.
- Follow up with safety Department all the work, requirements & Safety precaution on daily basis.
- Supervise the installation of By Bass pipe line to maintain the water supply for consumer during replacing the Asbestos pipe with HDPE & GRP pipe line.
- Coordinate with Q.C to perform Hydro testing, Chlorination & commissioning for the pipe line and other activities.
- Coordinate with Safety Departments to comply with the entire safety requirement on site.
- Follow up the materials request with procurements.
- Prepare the Monthly invoice
- Attend Weekly progress meeting with consultant & Client (Marafiq).

Im supervising all mechanical work, study the drawings, method statement, stress analisys and bill of materials, as built drawing and all paper work.

CONSTRUCTION work
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Study drawings / construction plan and specification to prepare the specification& quantities of pipes, manholes, ladders, fittings, pumps ….. and all required materials.
- Design pipes, pumps, tanks, filtration, instrumentation as per plant capacity requirement.
- Developing and completing the technical calculation, technical document and schedules.
- Liaise with contractors in designing PLC/ HMI/SCADA systems to link with numerous instrumentation and pumps, this entails new plant to troubleshooting and mending existing plant.
- Integrated management system for ISO certification.
- Supervising the installation of all equipment plant & utilities (Boilers, Dryers, Chillers, pumps).
- Installation (150mmΦ - 1200mmΦ) pipe works such as (mild steel, SS, uPVC..)
- installation the pumps, Air Valves, butterfly valves, gate valves and all mechanical work.
- Preparing of progress report to coordinate to planning engineer and other project discipline.
- Preparing As Built Drawing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and Implementing action plant effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
- Distribution of load to operators to in order to achieve daily production target
- Assigned to monitor and checking pipe production and pipe run at the pipe rack.
- Utilization of manpower accurately.
- Troubleshooting and solving technical problems
- Ensure proper hose keeping and coordinating with workers and implementation of safety audit.
- Record preparation of tool history coordinating with purchase, planning, stores, tool room.
- Supervising the uPVC pipe extrusion line and production of injection equipment.
- Giving instruction on preventive & corrective maintenance programs for the mechanical equipments.
- Responsible for preparing foreign purchase requisition for the mechanical spare parts.
- Preparing and submit accomplishment reports to supervisor.
- Coordinate with the Q.C to check the quality of product.

- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Servicing & Calibration of all types of gauges.
- Preparing clear explanatory document such as customers charts.
- Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customer and with company management team.
- Identifying relevant quality -related training needs and delivering training.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare work schedule for mechanical equipment installation and piping works.
- Oversee the placement and Installation of Pumps, Valves and meters along the pipeline.
- Supervising the installation of pipes (Alignment, welding, testing).
- Prepare method of statement, Hold points and all documents related to the Hydrostatic testing.
- Searching for visual clues of pipeline leaks, breaks, washout or other damage to the pipeline.
- Research and develop new and better machinery system for more productive and competitive.
- Supervise the work of Petroleum Refiner Furnace.
- Operates a variety of motorized vehicles such as backhoes and bulldozers
- Lays pipe along with the other members of the team
