Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential business prospects & assist sales team to acquire new customers and assess the supply chain and check for room for improvement.
• Generate and qualify leads as sales opportunities, contact potential clients through cold calls and emails and present company products to them.
• Manage Aramco Alliance affiliates (S-OIL and Motiva) in terms of trade/dispute and developing market for their products.

• Managed all aspects of bidding process including preparing bid tenders and creating specifications for proposals from vendors.
• Negotiated contracts with vendors/bidders, ensuring the best competitive price for the company.
• Managed drafting, review and vetting of contracts from service contracts to turnkey/ lump sum contracts, and handled claims of company to ensure that least cost and high quality services are provided to all business units.
• Led and managed the entire RFP process including contractor bidding slate recommendation, collating bidding information on requests, as well as preparing and issuing bid proposals/packages.
• Managed technical and commercial bid openings; prepared all correspondence to bidders during the bidding process / period with necessary inputs from end-user.
• Analyzed potential risks involved with specific contract terms; consistently ensured compliance with related laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures.
