• General supervision of month end and year end closing activity
• General Supervision of Payable / receivable and GLS team and solving the issues they face
• Review daily bank payments and approvals
• maintaining all GLs Accounts and clearing
• Post provision / accrual and adjustment entries every month & year end
• Handle bank loan settlements
• Prepare letter of credit / guarantee for foreign payments
• Prepare and review VAT returns / Withholding TAX in compliance with the regulations
• Support internal/external audits and ZATCA audits
• Cash flow forecast
• Bank reconciliations
Payroll & End of Service benefit
• Accurately calculate and process employee salaries, ensuring timely disbursement.
• Maintain and update the payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Accurately calculate end of service benefits in compliance with Saudi labor laws
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of end of service settlements.

Budgeting & Planning
• Provide financial summaries, reports, and recommendations as needed.
• Forecast financial needs throughout the year
• Prepare cost estimates and plans, while providing necessary reporting,
• Track results and comparing them to key financial targets
• Understanding SAP Function that are related to Accounts Payable/ receivable and GLS
