Quality Process
Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs
Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with FMEA
Manage functionally Quality control in Production
Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
Manage derogations
Participate to the surveillance test definition
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product quality
Quality issues
Lead deployment of containment actions in production, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update (PCP, FMEA, …)
Vision Realization Office, responsible, Monitor and report RCJY inititives in the NTB 2020.
Assist in the preparation of written and database reports, maintain office web page, conduct office
mailings, engage in computer/library research and provide other staff support as needed.
