IKTVA representative for LTA program
Drafting and submitting the LTA project’s IKTVA Plan
Monitoring and reporting the standing of the project’s IKTVA Score
Responsible for training program under LTA
Heavily involved in preparing all requirements for the block visas for a new company
Prepare the daily roster and monthly report for Harmaliyah Project
Drafting and submitting all kind of formal letters ( warning letters, letters of definition, service certificates), and try to solve the employees issues if found. Also, I was responsible of drafting employment contracts to all of the entity’s employees, and made KPI (Key Performance indicators) for those who signed their contract and those who didn’t.
• In addition to that, I was assigned to train with the Training and Development department project of drafting Job description and Job specification for almost two months, where I was started with some of the job roles in the entity’s plants.
