Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors. And provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to analyze marketing forecasts and launch strategies to assess the impact on material requirements, cash flow, manufacturing capacity or other potential constraints.

• Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
• Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Directs and coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
• Works directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
• Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).
• Lead procurement department to determine best practice for freight in and freight consolidation
• Manage labor costs, personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of departmental activities and operations.
• Develop and maintain various supply chain plans and strategies. This may involve coordinating and overseeing manufacturing operations in order to forecast orders and meet customer demands.
• Optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls.
• Oversees the distribution functions including ensuring compliance with procedures, material handling practices, safe work habits and state and GMP compliance regulations.
• To ensure Supply Chain team perform investigation CAPA implementation on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the international procurement management done in time and within the daily rates.
- Advise the suppliers of time-to-time government rules / regulations, approach custom clearance agent / regulations relating to their product.
- Ensures coordination between the int’l procurement as well as with other departments for smooth functioning of procurement department.
- Controls and evaluates Int’l procurement for timely deliveries, systematic processing of requisitions, follow up with suppliers,
demurrage-free clearance, and SASO rules compliance.
- Ensures smooth and uninterrupted supply of materials to the material department.
- Ensures obtaining of exemption of custom duties for raw materials, packaging, and machinery and spares before or after the imports.
- Approach custom clearance agents/shipping line/forwarders etc., find solution for the quick and trouble free clearance, and hold items by Saudi Customs / SFDA in view of critical situation.

- Nominated by the Chief Supply Chain Officer among the department members for Future Leaders Program.
- Managed to save SAR 34.5M on the cost of the RM’s only for 2018.
- Developed new business reports within the department for better business flow and traceability.
- Developed manual reports from Excel to the ERP system.
- Nominated as Subject Matter Experts/ Project Champion for the ERP Upgrade.
- Minimized the deliveries by 41% comparing to 2017 for Abbott project, which resulted to obtain a better price and saved lots on the shipping and handling charges. Whilst the stock level is still within the desired range.
- Implemented a new RM follow up method with closer focus on RM availability to make sure that all the raw materials delivered on time according to the production plan & sales forecast. This has leaded to a progressive improvement trend in 2018 for the Customer Service. Which improved from 78% to 91%.
- Enhanced the credit facility with the existing & new suppliers.
- Remarkable improvement on the supplier invoices with applying a new follow-ups tool with the finance department, which resulted in reducing the supplier claims and thus facilitated us to increase the credit terms to 90 days.
- Lead-time & MOQ updated regularly to help RM to have a better control on the Material Policy.
- Managed to shift from CFR terms to Ex-work 55% to 28% of 2018 shipments.
- Improve the lead-time by changing the sea shipment routes.

Al-Rabie Saudi Foods Co. Ltd. produces and distributes ready-to-eat food products, juices, milk and flavored milk, soya drinks, and cold chocolate and coffee drinks. Al-Rabie is a Third Manufacturer Party for Abbott Nutrition. Al-Rabie founded in Riyadh 1980 with local & international branches/agents.

Duties & Responsabilities:
- Prepare and issue Request for Proposals for existing and alternative vendors (RFP/RFQ).
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best possible prices, quality, lead times, terms of payments, and ensurecorrect specifications referred to and approved by the originator.
- Compare and select the optimum suppliers and offers considering price, quality and lead-time.
- Follow- up with suppliers in the execution, amendments and cancellations of contracts.
- Actively work with and seek feedback from end-users in order to determine quality and delivery of received procures and to ensure that orders are adhered to vendor agreements and contracts.
- Prepare reports related to procurement activities and submit them to the Supply Chain Director.
- Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Work with the quality department in term of vendor qualifications and assessment.
- Make sure all bids are matching minimum standards for submitting.
- Follow with the suppliers to get the original shipping documents based in the incoterms and payment terms
- Follow the shipments and clearances with the clearance agents.
- Collaborate with warehouse to ensure GRN made for all received orders.

As I am member of supply chain department, I am working directly with the supply chain director to handle all the logistic section duties to ship our API products to our local and international customers. By handling the customs clearance, issuing Certificate of Origin for the outgoing materials and import permissions for the incoming materials. Also, issuing the issuance certificate and the AWB for sales team.

- Costs reduction in procuring raw and key starting materials, consumables, instruments and the ingoing annul maintenance contracts.

- Represented CAD Middle East at CPhI China 2016 to meet new and existing manufacturers of the key starting materials.

- Design different types of layouts & illustrations, typography according to brand guidelines.
- Produce visual solutions to the communication needs using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness.
- Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional materials including handouts, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, business cards and other visual layouts.
- Coordinates production activities with printers, service agencies, advertisers, and vendors and review quality of final product before release.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
