Provide vendor by IP before any new implementation.
Updating STC A.S by any Change in the system to update LLD/ HLD.
Crate user manuals for any new services, reports.
Trainer for business user inside STC.
Crate support documentation it cover all the services which we
implement it.
Manage handover for the application with related department
(operation, UAA, Data center … etc.
Collecting all current business reports from Star system after any new
release.
Review all business reports with business owner.
Create SLA for the business reports ( allow person t retrieve it,
storage procedure …Etc)
Collect business signature for the new and renewal SLA.
Contact compliance and legal department to credence the SLA if it`s
consent with SAMA requirement.
