Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Host and participate in job fairs.
• Work to develop the recruitment police & procedure.
• Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the
University.
• Manage, and create all type of contracts full-time, part-time, secondment, Ajeer, and Adjunct.
• Technical guidance and direction to administrative on the operation of the human resources data systems.
• Prepare, maintain, and update employee data for the HR system.
• Work closely with HR team members to administer and support all HR system technologies and
enhancements that improve HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology to support
