 Backup Administrator:
o Review and manage client backup data to ensure successful storage
o Work with clients (Systems Owners) to assess needs and implement procedures and tasks for appropriate backup protocols
 Jobs Automation Scheduler:
o Administration and Maintaining Datacenter day to day Operations Which Includes running & enhancement of EODs of more than 2000 jobs.
o Batch Releases deployment which includes creating new batches or Updating existing batches upon RM approvals in SIT, TEST, and Production.
 Data Center Facility Activities Management:
o Servers HW Repair and Mounting.
o Assets Management and Access Control.
 Systems & Servers Monitoring and Reporting with Troubleshooting of various Environments including Networks / ATMs / Windows & Unix Servers.
 Develop and manage relationships with service providers, vendors, and consultants
 Provide support 24X7 day-to-day operations and requests, and on-call support after working hours
 Prepare documentation of practices processes, policies, and Reports.
