A hand-selected member from an estimate of 200 applicants to take part in Gulf Bank 20 members “AJYAL” development program.
The program includes Essential theoretical training based on adult-learning format via discussions, case studies, role-plays and self-study projects.

 On-the-job training
 Regular feedback on the performance of each participant;
 A three to five-day residential boot camp to help the candidates broaden their horizons; promote self-awareness; explore possibilities; break free of limiting beliefs and energize.

The program consists of an intense nineteen module course, with 80%, and above the passing grade. Modules are mainly based on banking studies. The program also includes a boot camp, final project presentation and a local field training rotation in the bank
