2011-2014 First Class Honours in Electronic & Electrical Engineering Beng Brunel University, London FINAL YEAR PROJECT: Stability of Ball and Beam (Control Systems): The ball and beam is an apparatus that is widely used for teaching purposes in many control engineering courses. It is a nonlinear, open loop unstable system with a mathematical model that can be linearised. The goal which was successfully completed was to design and implement a variety of feedback control systems to achieve the aim of keeping the ball at a desired position. Final year modules: • Advanced Electronics • Power Electronics & Systems • Control Systems * Digital Communication Systems * Project Second year modules: * Communications * Signals and systems * Electronic systems • Engineering group design project • Electrical engineering and sustainability • Digital systems design and reliability • Management First year modules: * Engineering science, systems and society * Systems and programming * Electronic engineering workshop • Electronic engineering mathematics • Devices and circuits • Digital systems and microprocessors Noticeable awards: Best robot prize in engineering group competition (2011-2012) Invite to projects showcase (2014) Recognised for charity events Control engineer Design engineer Project engineer
