Lead planning and implementation of project by creating project master plan. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Develop full scale project plans. Manage and control project budget. Track and monitor procurement. Prepare and present project status reports to top management. Ensure project criteria have been met.
Support projects by review of bid/basic Engineering/detailed Engineering. Provide mechanical engineering expertise in development of proposal for modification or addition to existing equipment.
Troubleshoot process upset from mechanical view in order to ensure process run as designed without interrupting production.
Develops welding techniques, procedures, and application of problems involving fabrication of metals.
Formulate welding package for new projects include (weld map, welding procedure and welding procedure qualification record).
Welder qualification as per appropriate code requirements.
