Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing more than one IT projects in-parallel
• Responsible for projects planning, scheduling, budgeting and
recruiting staff for each project and utilizing and sharing same
staff in other projects.
• Gathering the systems and business requirements of the
government organization and draft the projects plan for bidding.
• Preparing budgeting, recruiting, timeline, procurement and
communication plan.
• Meetings with bidders, to ensure their complete understanding
of the project scope, and deliverables.
• Working closely with the awarded company to ensure project
execution on time, with high quality deliverables.
• Assessing the bidders and recommend some of them for the top
management to hire.
• Periodic reports on projects status to the top management.
• Meeting with clients before, during and after the project
implementation to ensure projects quality satisfaction.
• Ensure the technical team follows the standards while
implementing Systems Integration from one organization to
another.
• Ensuring successful projects sign-off, finance invoicing closure,
and successful handover.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Setup the strategic business plan with the Quality Department
Director
• Gathered all the required roles and responsibilities of each
department by conducting frequent meetings with Departments
Heads.
• Plan and model the proposed business processes for each
department while ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of
each process.
• Document all the processes and procedures as per the ISO 9001
standards
• Weekly reports to my Manager (Quality Department Director) on
the status of the ‘change initiative’ project.
• Managed the complete cycle of (enterprise-level) lean sigma
training program implemented in the organization.
• Frequent field visit to ensure minimum incidents occurred on the
production floor, and to proactively solving minor issues.
Kunooz Dubai is an independent software vendor for Real-Estate & Banking Systems Solutions, in which all the systems were built in-house, and sell it to large organizations in UAE & GCC countries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Gathering Systems requirements from all different stakeholders
(Internal & External)
• Conduct occasional meetings with project staff, managers, and
external stakeholders.
• Create and manage projects plan
• Prepare projects documentation, deliverables, finances,
resource allocation, and status.
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, expense reporting,
risk management, status reporting, and execution.
• Recruiting, orienting and training staff, while maintaining a safe
and secure work environment for developing personal growth.
• Communicating frequently with all stakeholders to ensure
projects are being processed as planned.
