Managing and Coordinating the Projects related to Banking Operations and IT :

1. Prepare detailed plans for specifically allocated projects, and directly manage them to completion.
2. Oversee project resources to ensure that all initiatives/projects are accomplished within the agreed target dates and budgeted costs.
3. Provide input to the preparation of the department workbook and budget.
4. Ensure the effective achievement of project objectives through appropriate assignment of tasks and responsibilities to project members, and by acting as a role model for more junior team members.
5. Chair and / or participate in project and department-related committees or subcommittees, in an effort to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved.
6. Liaise with management and business unit management and department heads as required for planning and execution of projects.
7. Monitor the project end to end and ensure delivery on time and within budget
8. Prepare monthly department KRI and work with Operational risk dept to report any risk item and close them as per the policy and procedure
9. Work closely with compliance to ensure bank operates within SAMA rules and close resolve any non compliance item

Part of the team that is in charge of Managing the Operational Projects related to Wholesale Banking and improving the operating behavior and the processing efficiency.

Projects side include:

• Creating project charter, project plan, and project budget.

• Purposed new to be process and set up all the needed controls with more efficient way of processing
• Work closely with the IT to implement the new changes and ensure the delivery of the changes get deployed properly
• Create the new Policy and Procedure pertaining to the new enhanced method of processing or operating and communicate it to the related department
• Also works closely with the reporting team in order to create daily reports which will facilitate the daily operations in a more controlled manner.
