• Primary responsibility is Business Relationship Management and Demand Management for all bank entities acts as a connector, orchestrator, and navigator between IT Group and other business units.

Primary responsibility is to drive and manage implementation projects related to branch transformation program and other projects impacting Retail Banking and Wealth Management technology and process optimization while adhering to time and budget requirements.
Optimize current services and processes in order to automate them. And ensure that all projects are aligned with Bank strategic vision.
In addition to managing and owning branch Transformation program, we act as supportive PMO for other Retail Banking projects and teams.
• Defining and maintaining the project management framework within the department, ensuring that this is in-line with the overall project management framework across the IT Group.
• Overall responsibility for project managing the delivery of all CRs and projects from IT S&D Department.
• Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work with project team and be actively involved in the work..
• Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior management on a regular basis; escalate issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
• Implement project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects and apply knowledge of communication
• Tracked daily, ensuring proper manpower and route planning to ensure lesser response time and faster speed of service
• Also, review project plans and resolve onsite problems.
• Handling external communities with other bank departments and third parties.
• Developed, Tested and Deployed IBM EAI Middleware Flows using Message broker and MQ series EAI tools for Effective integration Between all Front end and Back end Systems used in Bank AlBilad Technical environment.
• Write technical reports in Arabic and English Languages.
