Running and setting of CNC 3 and 5-axis machine.
• Setting and changing of fixtures and clamping fixtures.
• Adjustment of offsets, program reading and adjustment.
• Performs inspections and monitors own work to meet process requirements including fully documenting
inspections reports.
• Daily, routine, and preventive maintenance of all tools and equipment.
• Reading blueprints and/or job orders for specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, tooling
instructions on holding devices, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cuts, and cutting tools.

Co-operative Training
• Experience using of a wide range of manual mills & lathes.
• Experienced in structural steel layout, design, sizing, loading, moving mechanism and machine design,
component part design and machined part processes.
• Experienced in managing tooling requirements, including cutting, grinding, forming machines and
assembly.
• Experience working in a metal cutting environment as CNC.
• Experience working in re-machining wrong parts.
