-Coordinating with Admin regarding the Visa housing and transportation for new non-domestic candidates.

-Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new employees.
-Informing job applicants of benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.
-Collecting required documents from new employees and prepare their files.
-Confirming the joining of new employees, and submit their files to personnel.
-Requesting creation of email, laptop, and office stationery from responsible department for new employees.
-Preparing all types of related letters.
-Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
-Arranging and sending several of letters and forms to the main office.
-Receiving and distributing mails, letters, and polices within the department.
-Handling electronic machines such as printer, fax, and computers
-Data entering invoices (local Carpet and moquette) also following up with showrooms and warehouse
