1.To manage, control and provide services to the IT projects, aligning the projects with Business Segment plan to achieve strategic goals of...the IT Dept and objectives.
2. Reviewed, recommended and approved all Request For Changes, on-site change orders.
3. Closely monitor project activities for conformity to contract scope provisions.
4. Identify and Confront potential Issues openly, quickly and proactively implement solutions.
5. Manage projects from conception through to implementation and monitor major materials orders & deliveries, in order to ensure that projects are delivered on time and quality standards.
6. Manage project resource allocation and make sure that all resources are fully utilized.
7. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
8. Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering design.
9. Coordinated proposed changes in design with consultants and implementation manager while maintaining schedule and budget.
10. Conducted project site visits to have totally information on the location (site survey).
11. Determining task dependencies, Project evaluations (Create the Tracking Sheet), and resources assessment, with escalation of issues if needed.
12. Constantly monitor, prepared monthly status report and presented its progress to the executives.
13. Participated in monthly meetings to discuss new policies and procedures in project management.
